Call for Programs - U-Lead 2025
The 2025 U-LEAD Conference will be held Tuesday, October 14, 7-8 pm, and Wednesday, October 15, 5:30- 8:30 pm. The theme for this year is:
Authenticity: Finding and Honoring Your True Self
Accountability: Holding Yourself and Others to Standards
Achievement: Identifying Success in YOUR Terms
We invite you to submit program proposals for breakout sessions. Breakout sessions will be 50 minutes in length. We encourage you to think about ways to engage your audience with the content. Review our Guide to a Successful Program Proposal for a Breakout Session before submitting!
Programs may be presented by students, faculty, staff, alumni, or other community members. Programs should focus on personal, professional, or leadership development. They may be activities, results of class projects, research findings, or pre-prepared lectures. We are interested in providing a wide variety of opportunities for students, offered by presenters from a wide variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise. We will avoid presentations that are simply commercials for “here’s what our office or department offers.” Presentations should impart knowledge or help with skill development. Presentations, if political in nature, should be non-partisan.
Learning Outcome (the main thing you want your audience to walk away with...no more than 2):
*
Session Outline: please describe the content to be shared as well as the delivery method.
*
What technology, if any, would you like for your presentation? We'll do our best to accommodate requests.
*
If selected to present, please indicate which, if any, time slots would NOT work for your presentation.
