This session is for participants who want to improve their leadership skills and find effective ways to get involved. We want to help students better understand the importance of leadership and the opportunities it provides, while also guiding them to find leadership opportunities. Strong leaders foster skills such as collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and innovation, further emphasizing the importance of improving upon these skills. Effective leadership is the cornerstone of any successful team, enabling you to inspire, motivate, and guide others towards achieving a common goal. It is crucial to build your leadership skills to create a strong foundation that you can take with you into your personal and professional life. In this breakout session, you will be putting these skills to the test through an interactive simulation that will push your leadership skills to the next level.
