U-Lead 2024 | Value of a Volunteer: Living Room Conversations Series #1

Discover Track | Geared toward students looking for ways to get involved.

This session focuses on the value of volunteering and gets students acclimated to the Mav Central platform as well as our Community Partners list, highlighting volunteer opportunities. We will also be talking about opportunities with Mavs in Action and the events this group hosts, as well as the Peer Volunteer advising now offered in the International Student Association Lounge. We will finish off with having participants contribute to a word graphic that will highlight the importance of volunteering throughout the year.
