This 2-day event is an opportunity for any student, regardless of class standing, major, or background, to gain personal and professional skills that will help them in the future. The event is free and open to all students.

Did your RSO get feedback that you need to update your constituion and/or bylaws? Are you interested in starting a new RSO? This session can help you! Get the necessary tools to create or update their constitution of their own volition. The session will explain the significance of a constitution as well as the different segments within a constitution.

Motivational and transformative leadership goes hand in hand. Motivation and Life Transformation are some of the ways leaders can impact societies they serve. A motivational and transformative leader is always focused on being a sense of direction to society, figures out solutions to the pressing problems among his people, creates means through which society values are instilled among all society residents, spear heads development and constructive projects for the betterment of his community or society of services as well as promoting unifying factors through get-together events. This type of motivational and transformative leader is bound to have a significant value onto the lives of the people served.

With a message tailored for us Mavericks, Erik will share tools and strategies discussed in his book and how he's used them as a high-performing athlete and in many other areas of life. Learn how you can use them too!

Join Meba Haddis, Leadership Coordinator for the Maverick Involvement Team, as he facilitates a panel discussion with these experienced student leaders: Majd Alharbi, Lyric Brennen, Hayden Lee, Victor Nguyen, Samuel Oladeji, Courtney Peper, Mitchel Pomije, and Morgan Rusler.

Using our past we will work to discuss how you can find a balance in life. Through the years personally I have grown to understand what can be considered healthy and what isn't. From the fuel you put into your body, to the relationships that you have, to your own personal health (and mental health), the journey of life is full of ups and downs. We will discuss some strategies to look at your health in a leadership position and the different stresses that come with that.

The purpose of this session is to address some misconceptions and myths associated with privilege and inclusion. The topics will be addressed through activities and discussion to highlight the importance of diverse perspectives to create inclusive decision-making practices, the impact this may have on creating systems of power, and how this may influence points of privilege.
