Mission
SAGE (Sexuality and Gender Equality) is a coalition of LGBTQ+ identified individuals and allies, working together to combat sexuality and gender inequality and all interlocking systems of oppression; by fostering understanding and awareness, providing education, and promoting visibility, while creating a sense of community and safety; this is achieved through education, activism, the creation of social networks, and community volunteerism.

Membership Benefits
SAGE helps to establish a sense of community for students of various gender identities and sexualities and seeks to empower one another through education to promote awareness and understanding of gender and sexuality issues.

SAGE seeks to provide a space for queer identities and allies to build community and companionship.

SAGE can also be a valuable group to connect students to resources to increase student success and retention. SAGE is interested in exploring educational opportunities to better equip students with tools to navigate adversity and self advocacy.
